Elena is a business analyst professional, with more than 8 years of experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, process modeling, documenting.

Her interests in business analysis and project management inspires her to combine practices from both professions.

Elena has contribution in international projects of a leading Bulgarian telecommunications company. She has executed activities related to enterprise analysis, requirements and project management, release management.

After working in the area of Forex trading for about 3 years, Elena is currently experiencing agile business analysis practices, as part of one of the biggest sports booking companies in Europe.

For more than a year she is Vice President Communications of IIBA Sofia – the Bulgarian chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
