Gergana Kopanarova is a certified Microsoft® Office Master 2016. She has been a trainer at New Horizons Bulgaria since 2016 and she leads trainings for Microsoft® Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, OneNote). She has conducted trainings for many corporate clients in Bulgaria, including Vivacom, DSK Bank, Lidl Bulgaria, Lufthansa Technik, First Investment Bank, Louis Dreyfus Company, Borika Bank Service, Sensata Technologies, Internet Securities, Scania, and others. Gergana has a very high level of expertise in Microsoft® Office, which she uses in her work, as well as when she consults clients regarding their individual cases.

She has excellent trainer skills and teaches with great enthusiasm. She pays close attention to every client and customizes the study materials and exercises she uses for the training according to the specifics of each group.

In 2018 she gets a worldwide award for TOP 5 Application Instructors of New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
