New Horizons Bulgaria has been recognized for many awards and honors as a top training provider.

New Horizons Global Award

5 Stars of Excellence

The 'Five Star Award' distinguishes those training centers with the highest achievements during the year. Training centers receive this award for demonstrating high growth performance, an increased market share, and a level of responsibility for customers and employees. Here are some of the criteria by which the overall performance rating is formed:
  • Student satisfaction with the trainings;
  • Effectiveness of the trainings;
  • Job impact;
  • Instructor presentation;
  • Content quality;
  • Quality of the learning environment;
  • Working with partners.


Global Center of the Year 2015

In 2015 New Horizons Bulgaria received the award for Global Center of the Year among more than 300 New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 60 countries around the globe.

The selection was based on three key performance indicators: Revenue Growth, Market Penetration, and Metrics-That-Matter quality scores, for the period between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2015.

The Global Center of the Year award is given to the best performing Regional Center of the Year. New Horizons Bulgaria won the competition with 7 regional centers, located in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the USA.

New Horizons European Award

European Center of 2018, 2015, 2014, and 2012

New Horizons Bulgaria won the European Center Award in 2018, 2015, 2014 and 2012 in the New Horizons global network. In 2018, the Bulgarian Learning Center was once again selected from 30 New Horizons in the region.

Evaluation criteria

The choice was based on three key indicators:

In 2018, New Horizons Bulgaria headed again the Training Sector in ICT Media and Computerworld Bulgaria's ranking for the Most Successful ICT Companies in Bulgaria – ICT Top 100. This is the eighth consecutive year in which New Horizons is distinguished as a leading IT training company on a revenue basis (2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011).

The „ICT Top 100“ ranking has been running for over two decades. It provides information on the financial performance of the largest ICT companies and makes a comparative analysis of them across segments.
