Lyubomir Tulev

Information Security Trainer

Lyubomir Tulev began his career in 2010 as a Team Lead police investigator at the Bulgarian Cyber Crime Department, collaborating with international organizations such as Europol, Interpol, and the FBI.

In 2017, he started working in the corporate world, taking on the roles of penetration tester, forensics examiner, and information security consultant.

In 2021, he held the role of Cybersecurity Director, overseeing SOC deployments and operations, penetration testing services, IAM and PAM projects, and governance consultancy.

In 2023, as Vice President of Cybersecurity, he leads the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence and drives the company’s global innovation, strategy, and business development in cybersecurity.

With a wealth of industry-recognized certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCISO, CEH, CHFI, CSA, ECSS, ECSA, CSCU, CEI, ITIL, CC, Lyubomir is a respected expert and influencer in the field and a regular keynote speaker at cybersecurity conferences.

In addition to delivering InfoSec certification trainings around the world, he also serves as a mentor to aspiring cybersecurity professionals.

For 4 years of teaching at New Horizons training center Lyubomir has trained over 80 students.
