BA01 - Business Analysis Essentials

BA02 - Strategic Business Analysis

Strategic business analysis is a sub-area of business analysis that is rooted in any change. In essence, it deals with defining the primary direction and scope of change, identifying real business needs and potential solutions.

The knowledge and skills from the training will be useful to anyone involved in managing or implementing change, regardless of their scope and nature.

Audience:

BA03 - Writing Effective Business Cases

The course will examine the role of the business analysts in the process of creating business cases. The training also covers the activities in the context of which the creation of a business cause is located.

  • learn how to identify stakeholders and their relevance to the project;

BA04 - Eliciting and Writing Effective Requirements

The training focuses exclusively on effective requirements. You will find out what types of requirements there are, how to prepare and gather the information / requirements you need, how to structure and present them to stakeholders in order to get their assistance and approval. Whether your strength is in extracting the requirements or in documenting, the course will help you fill in the gaps and structure your knowledge.

BA05 - Process Modeling Using BPMN

After completing the course you will:

BA06 - Managing and Communicating Requirements for Projects

Requirements planning is essential for a successful project. The role of the business analyst is to help form and train a multifunctional team, facilitate collaboration with the client, manage and communicate changing requirements, and deliver business value to your client early and regularly throughout the project.

In this course participants will learn to apply several practical, systematic methods for analyzing incidents and problems and discovering their root causes.

  • initiate Root Cause Analysis and collect data to investigate procedural and non-procedural incidents;
  • collect data through interviews and analysis;
  • apply techniques to identify symptoms and root causes;
  • use the appropriate technique to identify the root cause;
  • avoid future incidents by developing appropriate recommendations to address causal factors and root causes;
  • develop a process for identifying areas with systemic problems.

BA27 - Writing and Managing Effective Requirements

This course provides students with a clear understanding of all aspects of the role of the business analyst, including an in-depth examination of the various areas / domains of knowledge that the business analysis profession involves.

Students have the opportunity to apply various business analysis techniques, to acquire skills in identifying stakeholders, defining the scope of the project, analyzing, documenting and modeling requirements.

BA28 - Requirements Analysis and Use Cases

In this interactive course, you will learn how to create Use Cases that provide valuable information to designers and testers. You will improve and refine your skills to use them in your work and also understand how to involve stakeholders in the Use Cases creation process.

You will learn how to:
  • use Use Cases to document the scope of the project;
  • write clear and easy-to-use Use Cases;
  • model Use Cases with workflow diagrams;
  • plan and divide project work on the basis of Use Cases;
  • manage Use Cases with the development and changes they undergo during the project.

BA29 - User Acceptance Testing for Business Analysts

This course looks at the issues which drive the need for a UAT process & describes the components of the process. It is designed to help Business Analysts to develop an understanding of their role, the process, and the deliverables associated with UAT.

  • see how UAT applies to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
  • recognize benefits of improved quality of deployed software using User Acceptance Testing;
